Description
The Oris x Bracenet is a special version of our Aquis Date 43.50 mm with a dial made of recycled fishing nets created in partnership with the German social enterprise Bracenet.
Caught in the act
The Oris x Bracenet 43.5 mm watch features a unique dial made from melted fishing nets, sourced from Bracenet. Each dial is unique due to the random process. The result is an ocean-inspired dial, a daily reminder of your contribution to ocean conservation.
A catchy idea
Bracenet focuses on the dangers of ‘ghost nets’—lost fishing nets that harm marine life. With up to a million tonnes entering oceans annually, these nets pose a long-term threat. Despite the challenge, Bracenet is committed to recovering these nets and promoting conservation.
